Description
In the 1960s wire chairs became popular under influance of American designers like Eames and Bertoia. In The Netherlands the wire chairs by Cees Braakman for Pastoe are well-knowned. But there were also other factories, like the almost unknown furniture factory Filoform in Utrecht, who made this elegant chair, often attributed to Braakman, but designer yet unknown. In very good condition, with some marks of age, metal with plastic coating, h. 75, w. 58, d. 60, seat h. 38, seat d. 42.
